Hotel Soft - Batumi

Well-equipped rooms, a perfectly clean bathroom. Exceptionally nice location, right next to Batumi Archeological Museum, loved this place.

Our room had a separate bedroom - super spacious! the bathroom here was top-notch, I'm talking luxury vibes 🌟. Plus, the location is amazing with a cool historical museum nearby, making it easy to explore around.

The rooms here are fantastic, fully equipped with private bathrooms, an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware, while the staff is professional and offers complimentary wake up service and ironing facilities.

We had a great stay at Soft! The location was perfect, with everything we wanted to see within walking distance. The room was clean and well-decorated, and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The host, Georgy, was friendly and helpful. The off-season pricing made it an very nice value.

The hotel's vicinity to famous sights and eateries is undoubtedly a plus. Guests can conveniently walk around the area and enjoy the numerous activities to do and places to dine. Room and bathroom cleanliness is noteworthy, and the friendliness of the staff is worth mentioning. the cozy common area encourages guests to relax.

The unreliable and slow Wi-Fi connection in certain rooms can be a real inconvenience who rely on the internet for work or entertainment.

We loved everything about this hotel! Best aspects were convenient location, big and clean room, excellent wifi, and friendly staff. The room had all we needed, including a mini kitchen and a washing machine. Supermarkets were nearby, as well as great restaurants and parks. Staff let us check in early and store our luggage after check-out. Highly recommended!

During my business trip, I appreciated the excellent customer service provided by the friendly and helpful staff. The room was equipped with useful facilities such as a washing machine and a kitchen, which made my stay easier. the hotel's location was convenient, close to restaurants and shops.

There were some aspects of the hotel that could be improved. the lack of proper ventilation in the smoking area located in front of the entrance made it uncomfortable for non-smokers.
